To rent a room with Friendstay, you must complete the application process and pay the required security deposit. Your accommodation is only secured once the security deposit has been received.

Rent payments are due every Tuesday.
If you move into the property on a day other than Tuesday, your first invoice will be prorated based on your move-in date.

What is a prorated invoice?
A prorated invoice means your first rent payment is adjusted to cover only the number of days you stay before the next regular Tuesday payment cycle.

Is there a security deposit (bond)?
Yes. A security deposit (bond) is required to secure your accommodation.

When will my bond be refunded?
Your bond will be refunded within 21 days after your check-out date, provided all terms and conditions have been met.
