Payments of rent are made TUESDAYS! If you enter the property in a day that is not Tuesday, your first invoice will be prorated.
Your accommodation is only secured upon payment of security deposit.
There is a cleaning fee on your check out.
We do not provide bed sheets, pillows and towels. Unless asked on the application (extra fees apply)
Friendstay provide once set of key for each bedroom.
Bond is refunded 21 days within your check out.
