LEAVE NOTICE: 3 weeks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Rent payments are made on Tuesdays. If you move in on a day other than Tuesday, your first invoice will be prorated.

Your accommodation is only secured upon payment of the security deposit.

A cleaning fee applies at check out.

We do not provide bed sheets, pillows, or towels unless requested in the application. Extra fees apply.

Friendstay provides one set of keys per bedroom.

The bond is refunded within 21 days after check out.
