This building is fully operated by Friendstay! Our studios are newly renovated and offer a budget-friendly stay with a modern, functional design, perfect for a solo traveller or a couple looking for comfort, style, and convenience in a central Sydney location.

• Payments of rent are made TUESDAYS! If you enter the property in a day that is not Tuesday, your first invoice will be prorated.

• Your accommodation is only secured upon payment of security deposit.

• There is a cleaning fee on your check out.

• We do not provide bed sheets, pillows and towels. Unless asked on the application (extra fees apply)

• Friendstay provide once set of key for each bedroom.
